Are you hosting an event that aligns with the mission and purpose of the National Pan-Hellenic Council- Greater Hartford? We want to help spread the word and support you. Whether it's a community service initiative, cultural celebration, educational workshop, or social gathering, your event deserves to shine.
By submitting your event, you’ll gain visibility within the NPHC-GH community and beyond, fostering connections and promoting meaningful engagement across our divine nine organizations and community partners.
Please be mindful of the following guidelines for promotion requests:

Social Media promotions take place on Wednesdays.

Request for promotions must be received by Tuesday by 5:59 PM. All requests for promotions AFTER the deadline will be scheduled for the following Wednesday (pending the date of the event having not passed.)

We will provide confirmation of your request 24-48 hours after submission.
*Please note, marketing/ communication requests can only be submitted by active member organizations of the NPHC-GH or direct community partners/affiliates of our member organizations. We are not accepting marketing requests at this time from the general public.
